Our PCG is short for our Price Cap Guarantee !!!
From now on, we promise that any repairs done on a machine will not exceed $150. This is the price for labor and it is machine specific. However, we promise that your total labor costs will be capped at $150.
The PCG has been implemented because we recognize that everyone is affected by the economic problems that we are facing today. We set the price cap at $150 because that is 1/2 of what you could purchase a new system for (give or take a few dollars).
