Here you will find a general price list for software related problems. As with any of our services, if you don't find your problem listed give us a call and we can give you a custom price quote.

Below you will find our pricing for any software issues including installing or configuring your operating system (windows XP, 98, etc..), installing or configuring any software packages or games, diagnosing and supporting any problems you are having with any software.

Where to Start:

The list below represents the most common software problems. If you have specific questions or you don't see your problem listed here, please contact us!

	Software Installation (Non-OS): $40 / hour (1 hour minimum) We will come to your location and install your software, check for any conflicts and make sure that it works on your machine. *NOTE: Price does not include purchase of software titles.
	Software Installation (OS) : $50.00 / hour (1 hour minimum) At your location we will upgrade or complete a brand new install for the operating system of your choice. (Microsoft Windows XP, 98, etc.., Linux, OS X, etc..) *NOTE: Price does not include the purchase price of OS software.
	Software Troubleshooting : $45.00 / hour (1 hour minimum) We will come to your location and diagnose any software issues you are having. This includes any spyware or virus related problems along with any general slowing down of your computer or the inability of the computer to boot.

** We also have special pricing for computers that are repaired at our location. We offer pickup and drop off service. Please call for information.
